Fat Grafting: In fat grafting procedure, fat is taken from other parts of the body by the method of liposuction and re-injected in the patient’s buttocks. The person that does not have sufficient fat to be grafted from other parts or need more muscular appearance is advised to use buttock implants. With cohesive silicone implants, the results obtain are more natural and low risk of leakage is observed. With the solid form of silicone implants, the buttock becomes more firm and no risk of wear and tear is encountered. In both the cases, implants are placed between fascia (the connective tissue covering the muscle) and the muscle itself.
